A 4. You can update availability and rates online via our system extranet. You can use the code and the password to have your hotel access. geneva-switzerland-on-line.ch will provide you any assistance if needed.
Q 5. How do we receive the confirmation for a reservation?
A 5. You will receive the confirmation by e-mail. (After a booking is made online).
Q 6. Where and when does the guest pay for his/her hotel invoice?
A 6. The guest pays at the hotel upon arrival or departure. The guest will pay the rate that is confirmed by e-mail to the hotel.
Q 7. What happens with cancellations and no-shows?
A 7. A guest can cancel at the hotel or with geneva-switzerland-on-line.ch. The cancellations policy of the hotels will apply. If a guest does not cancel within the cancellation period stated on the website or in case of a no-show, the hotel can charge a penalty fee (usually of one night) to the credit card. geneva-switzerland-on-line.ch charges commission on late cancellations and no-shows.
