Q1: How do I request availability and group/conference reservations?
A1: The Group/conference Request is a convenient electronic form allowing you to customize your request for group rates. This request form is where you can specify exactly what your group/conference needs and receive competitive, specially negotiated rates based on those requirements.

Q2: How do I submit a group/conference request(s)?
A2: We want to understand the individual needs of your group/conference. We understand that all groups are not alike and because of this, each group/conference will require different elements to make their hotel stay comfortable. Our Group/conference Request allows you to customize the elements each specific group requires. You can select and link to the electronic form by clicking on group/conference request form that best fits your group/conference needs.

Your request can be for:
-Guest Rooms Only
-Guest Rooms and Meeting Space

Q3: How long will it take to receive an answer on my Group/conference Request(s)?
A3: Our team has a lot of experiece in this field. Once you submit your request our group team will study your request and will get back to you as quick as possible with the best offer he found. Sometime the head of the team will be in touch with you in order to clarify some elements of your request.

Q4: How do I cancel or change a group/conference reservation?
A4: Any modifications or cancellations of your group/conference reservations must be communicated to the Group Specialists at geneva-switzerland-on-line before or on the date stated on your booking confirmation.

Q5: Can I make a request group for rooms only or meeting space only?
A5: Our group form has the possibility to choose between meeting space and rooms for your group. All you need to do is to tick the relevant elements for your group.

A6: To request specific requirements for your group/conference you need to fill out the form in the bottom part with all your requirements and needs.
